Jack Fries, Vice President

Jack Fries is the Vice President for the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce. He has nine years of experience in the financial services industry and 20 years experience in accounting, finance and business strategic planning. He is the Advanced Planning Regional Vice President for Iowa and Nebraska with Principal Financial Group and a registered representative of Princor, In addition, Fries participates in the Partnership, DMAIFA, Mid-Iowa Estate Planners Association and is a Board Member for the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Des Moines AM. He has his MBA from the University of South Dakota.

Jack is married to Marsha who is the elementary vocal music teacher at Van Meter Community School District; together they have two sons, Adam attends University of Iowa; Seth attends Urbandale High School.
