Membership
Membership begins once information and fees have been received and verified by the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce. Urbandale Chamber of Commerce membership is not refundable. Please review the membership information and form carefully before proceeding. Memberships are not transferable from one business to another and membership is based upon a calendar year, running from January 1 to December 31. Pro-rating of the membership investment does not begin until July, when ½ of the year is over.

Event Registration
Event registration fees are subject to the policies of the specific event. Please review the rules and regulations for each event. Unused registrations from any event are nonrefundable immediately following the event.

Security
We do not store our customer's credit card information in either an online or offline database or other type file. Credit card information does not go through our web server, but bypasses it totally and goes straight to the secure web server of our credit card processor. Since we do not store credit card information online or offline, should we get hacked (remote possibility), there is nothing for the hacker to get. Your order is secure with us.

Contact Information for Cancellation
Cancellations for events must be received in writing at least 24-hours prior to the event in order to receive credit toward another event. Refunds will NOT be issued, but rather a credit will be issued to our account principal toward a future event. This credit will expire in December of the year it was issued. Sponsorship Cancellations
Sponsorships purchased during the Total Resource Campaign are not refundable. Because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year and the sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis, refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored by the business. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com.
