If you would like to add all community events directly into your Microsoft Outlook ® calendar, please follow these directions...

1. Download this file to your hard drive - UrbandaleEvents.csv - by doing a right-mouse click and select "Save Target As.." or "Save File As...". BE SURE TO MAKE NOTE OR REMEMBER WHERE YOU SAVE THIS FILE TO!

2. Open Microsoft Outlook if it is not already open
3. Select the File -> Import and Export... menu option
4. Select "Import from another program or file" and click Next
5. Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click Next
6. Find the UrbandaleEvents.csv file you downloaded from step 1 and select "Do not import duplicate items" and click Next
7. Select Calendar (NOT under your Archive folder) and click Next. This will import your file and add these events you registered for to your calendar for you.
